Diamond Dynamics was founded by Jacob — a husband, father of four, Marine Corps veteran, and lifelong baseball enthusiast who believes a great glove deserves more than a replacement. It deserves another season.

During his military service, Jacob was entrusted with inspecting, repairing, and maintaining parachutes, where precision wasn’t just important — it was essential. That experience shaped the meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship he brings to every glove today.

As a lifelong player and baseball dad, Jacob understands that a glove is more than a piece of equipment. It’s the glove that caught your first fly ball, helped win a championship, or has been with you through countless practices and games.
