What’s the difference between repair, restoration, and customization?

Repair (relacing) fixes damage. Restoration is a full relace plus deep cleaning and conditioning for older or heavily worn gloves. Customization adds personal touches to a glove that doesn’t need repair work.

Do you work on baseball and softball gloves?

Yes, both.

Shipping & Mail-In

How do I ship my glove to you?

Once you accept and pay for your quote, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label and simple packing instructions — nothing to figure out ahead of time.

What if my glove is lost or damaged in shipping?

We don’t currently offer shipping insurance. If your glove holds significant value to you, that’s worth factoring in when you decide how to send it our way.

Turnaround

How long will it take?

Quotes come back within 24 hours. Most work is completed in about 4 days once we start on your glove.

Customization

Can I combine multiple add-ons?

Yes — branding, a clean and condition, multicolor lacing, and specialty lace can all be combined on one order.
